How do I order a forklift if there is no buy button?
TopLifter works on an inquiry basis. Send an inquiry for the selected product or call us, and we will prepare a quote with the current price, stock, delivery time and payment options.
Which forklift is right for my needs?
The choice depends on capacity, lift height, drive type (manual, electric, gas, diesel) and floor type. We will advise you and suggest the most suitable model — tell us what you move and how often.
What is the difference between a hand and an electric pallet truck?
A hand pallet truck is designed for moving pallets on level floors and is affordable and easy to maintain. An electric pallet truck makes frequent or longer transport and heavier loads easier, and some models can also lift to height.
Do you offer service and spare parts?
Yes. We carry out regular and emergency service of hand and electric pallet trucks and supply spare parts, wheels and batteries. Common parts are kept in stock for fast repairs.
Can I rent instead of buying?
Yes, we offer short and long-term forklift rental — ideal for seasonal peaks, projects or a replacement machine during service, without a large investment.
How does delivery work and how long does it take?
We arrange delivery to your location, adapted to the weight and distance. Delivery time depends on stock and model and is stated in the quote. Collection in person is also possible.
What are the payment options?
Payment is usually by pro forma invoice (bank transfer); for companies, other terms can be agreed. All terms are stated in the quote; financing options can also be discussed.
Do you also sell used forklifts?
Yes, we also offer inspected used forklifts. Condition and availability change, so send us an inquiry for the current offer.
